Services following Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021

Payment Guideline (Guidelines regarding acceptance of advance price): There are basically two ways to pay the price

• 1. Cash on Delivery or COD: Cash can be paid on delivery.
• 2. Advance Payment: Full or partial payment can be made by Bkash, Nagad, Bank Transfer or Visa and Mastercard.

Guideline regarding the price of products:

• 1. Regular Price: List price
• 2. Special Price: Determined in accordance with the market. Special price is considered for online orders.

Product delivery time
Delivered within 1 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

'Pre order' and 'Upcoming' products, the product will be delivered within the time frame specified on the website. Due to transportation delays, product delivery time may be slightly longer than the specified time.

মূল্য পরিশোধ (অগ্রিম মূল্য গ্রহণ সংক্রান্ত বিধান): মূল্য পরিশোধ মূলত দুইভাবে করা যায়

• 1. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি বা সিওডি: পণ্য পৌঁছে দেবার সময় নগদে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা যায়।
• 2. অগ্রিম মূল্য পরিশোধ: সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মূল্য বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার অথবা ভিসা ও মাস্টার কার্ডে পরিশোধ করা যায়।

পণ্যের মূল্যের বিবরণী (পণ্যের মূল্যের বিবরণী সংক্রান্ত বিধান)

• 1. রেগুলার প্রাইস: তালিকা মূল্য
• 2. স্পেশাল প্রাইস: মার্কেটের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে নির্ধারন করা হয়। অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে 'স্পেশাল প্রাইস' বিবেচিত হয়।

পণ্য ডেলিভারী দেয়ার সময়সীমা
অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণের পরবর্তী ১ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেয়া হয়।

'Pre order' এবং 'Upcoming' পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্য অনুসারে ওয়েবসাইডে উল্লেখিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়। যানবাহন চলাচলের সমস্যার কারণে এই সময় কিছুটা দীর্ঘায়িত হতে পারে।
